This 2-hour web-based CE course will address Pennsylvania statutes and regulations that affect producers and insurers, and public adjuster compliance issues. Topics include licensing and CE requirements, rebating limits, fee and referral arrangements, fiduciary requirements, security requirement and training, and compliance with claims and underwriting regulations. This course will cover the most common compliance issues faced by producers, CSRs, and claims personnel. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the statutes and regulations to promote state mandated compliance and support the Commonwealth’s goal of protecting its residents.
 
Dr. George E. Krauss, CPCU, CLU, ChFC, ARM is the instructor. George has authored numerous books on insurance including the Pennsylvania licensing texts Essentials of Property Casualty Insurance and Essentials of Life, Accident and Health Insurance;  annotated analyses of the Homeowners Policy, the Personal Auto Policy and the Dwelling Policy published by the Rough Notes Company and the Businessowners Policy published by the National Underwriter Company.
