This 4-hour web-based CE course is the mandatory continuing education renewal course for individuals marketing Long Term Care insurance in Pennsylvania. It addresses long term care needs, providers and services, federal and state laws governing long term care, Medicare, Pennsylvania Medicaid, Pennsylvania Partnerships policies, taxation, self-funding, and other alternatives to manage long term care needs. Emphasis is placed on understanding long term care uses with a focus on promoting consumer suitability.
