This 4-hour web-based CE course will analyze Social Security from a coverage perspective. Emphasis will be placed on understanding eligibility and retirement, survivor, disability and Medicare benefits and how the benefits can be incorporated into a comprehensive insurance and financial planning approach. The process required to file for benefits under the Social Security Act will also be addressed.
