COURSE OVERVIEW

​

Individuals preparing for their Pennsylvania insurance licensing exam may need additional help and support. This one-day web-based exam prep review class is designed to assist individuals as a final review of key information that has a high probability of being on the state licensing exam. The web class is presented using a combination of live personal instruction, PowerPoint presentation of must know material, and key learning strategies for exam success. Examples of exam-type questions will be illustrated to improve the student's comfort level and familiarity with exam content. Attendees will be able to ask questions to further facilitate the learning process. The web-based format enables students the ability to access traditional face-to-face classroom-type instruction at a safe and convenient learning distance. It is ideal for individuals who have studied and need additional support in passing their Pennsylvania state licensing exam.

Attendees will be emailed the PowerPoint presentation used in the review course. Attendees also have the option of purchasing any one of our pre-licensing study packages to supplement the review course or if the attendee is in need of a PE certificate (requirement to take their initial state licensing exam).

COURSE INSTRUCTOR

​

Dr. George E. Krauss, CPCU, CLU, ChFC, ARM is the instructor and the author of the Pennsylvania study guides used in these courses. In addition to the Pennsylvania study manuals, George has authored numerous books on insurance including annotated analyses of the Homeowners Policy, the Personal Auto Policy and the Dwelling Policy published by the Rough Notes Company and the Businessowners Policy published by the National Underwriter Company. George is a graduate of Robert Morris University completing his master’s and doctoral studies at The Pennsylvania State University. He has been retained in over 300 legal cases involving various aspects of agent/broker practices. To date, more than 40,000 individuals have used Dr. Krauss’s materials in passing their Pennsylvania Insurance Licensing exams.

Course registration fee is as follows:

 

$39.....for individuals who have attended a Magellan Group Licensing Class within the past year

$59.....for individuals who have purchased a Magellan Group Basic, Essential or Comprehensive Self-Study PE Course

$99.....for all other individuals

Upon payment, individuals will receive an email confirmation. Registration does not include the state licensing exam fee. Tape/digital recording of the course is prohibited.
